Who we are

Two experiences. One shared curiosity.

Katalystra is run by Magnus Lindstedt and Mikael Larsson. We come from partly different directions, but share the conviction that real development has to bring together the person, the business and the system around them.

Magnus Lindstedt

Magnus has extensive experience of leading and developing people, teams and organisations, as CEO, consultant and coach. His perspective brings together strategy and Operational Excellence with leadership, coaching and organisational development. A recurring thread is how people and organisations can develop their ability to understand and act in complex situations. Magnus is an internationally certified Executive Coach and works with development at individual, group and organisational levels.

Mikael Larsson

Mikael has a background in research and development and extensive experience of leading operations in complex, technology-intensive and international environments. He has worked with everything from research and technology development to business development, strategy, change and executive leadership. A recurring thread is the interplay between people, technology and operations — and how ideas are actually put into practice. At Katalystra, Mikael contributes perspectives on transformation, digitalisation and how AI can be used to strengthen the capabilities of people and organisations.

Different experiences and perspectives create more ways of understanding the same question. It is in that meeting we find new possibilities to see, explore and act.
